How do I cancel my Pro plan?

Go to your profile page and click "Manage billing." You can cancel there at any time.
Can I go back to the Free plan?

Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription and your account stays active on Free once the billing period ends.
I forgot my password.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. A reset link will be emailed to you.
Is my gift data private?

Yes. Your data is only visible to you. We do not share or sell it.
